Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • We offer flat rate shipping of $15.00 for standard shipping and $30.00 for expedited shipping within the United States.
  • Free freight shipping is available for orders over $2000.
  • Shipping times vary based on location but typically range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for expedited shipping.

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and can take up to 14 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Damages and Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@mediaonevinyl.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mediaonevinyl.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
